Yesterday evening in a digital gala, Michelin announced the Michelin stars and Bib Gourmands 2021 for Spain and Portugal. Two new restaurants receive one-star designation, both in Lisbon, Ljubomir Stanisic with his 100 Maneiras and Eneko Atxa with his new Eneko Lisboa. There are now a total of 35 stars awarded to 28 restaurants across Portugal for 2021.
All previous two-star designees remain the same for 2021, but on the downside, the restaurant "São Gabriel" in Almancil, Algarve, has lost his star distinction, for having closed at the end of 2019.
