At present we have opportunities for:


A Commercial Assistant's main focus will be to support our busy Sales team. Your role is to be a valuable help to the Sales team, coordinate numerous and varied tasks – where attention to detail and pro-activity are a must – build strong, effective relationships with Clients, and maintain a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Key and First point of contact for Clients, ensuring their requirements are met and/or effectively communicated internally
  • Coordinate responses to Client queries time-efficiently
  • Update & coordinate commercial documents
  • Update, organize and daily manage the database of clients, properties, etc.
  • Schedule visits with Clients and manage agendas
  • Help secure commercial deals
  • Daily management and general administrative tasks to support the team and the business

You have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles
  • Experience in the Portuguese Real Estate Market (advantage)
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and specifically advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in French, English and Portuguese (mandatory). Other languages are a plus
  • Skills in planning and organization, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work to tight timescales, pro-activity, drive and autonomy
  • Effective inter-personal skills, feeling motivated by liaising with Clients


A Real Estate Consultant will forward and secure a mutually satisfactory agreement between buyers and sellers, maintaining a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and assisting sellers and buyers, determine Clients' needs/preferences and financials abilities to propose tailor-made solutions
  • Rent, buy or sell properties for Clients
  • Continuous market search and broadening of our property listings
  • Continuous Client search and broadening of our database
  • Consult and advise Clients about the best real estate solutions for them, based on their unique preferences
  • Develop network and partnerships
  • Continuous market update and research to better SWOT analyze the real estate market and estimate value of properties

You have:

  • Passion for real estate and great deals
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Consultant / Broker in Portugal
  • Fluency in French, English and Portuguese (mandatory). Other languages are a plus
  • Proven track of successful sales record
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
